Create more space when everything feels like too much.
Constant pressure, racing thoughts, irritability or disrupted sleep: hypnosis can help you step out of automatic stress mode and move through daily life with greater calm and flexibility.
The problem is not that you do not know how to relax.
When the alarm system has stayed active for too long, simply thinking about something else is no longer enough. The mind anticipates, checks, organizes and starts all over again. Even downtime becomes a chance to prepare for what comes next. The goal is not to control everything more tightly, but to help the brain recognize when it is safe to stop monitoring.
When the main block is procrastination or perfectionism, read about work-related blocks and taking action. When racing thoughts become most intense at bedtime, the page on sleep is more specific. If the alarm response centers on a specific fear, phobia or panic attack, read about fears, phobias and panic.
01
Your mind will not shut off
One issue follows another even when nothing requires an immediate response.
02
Your body stays braced
Tension, shallow breathing, a clenched jaw or fatigue can accompany this constant state of alert.
03
Everything feels urgent
Even a small task can feel disproportionately important when your mental reserves are depleted.
04
Rest no longer feels restorative
Your body stops, but your mind keeps working.

Benjamin, I truly wanted to thank you for today’s session. I arrived carrying a heavy mental load and a great deal of stress, and I already feel lighter, calmer and more hopeful. The way you listen, your kindness and your professionalism immediately create a sense of trust. You can feel how deeply committed you are to the people you work with, and that makes all the difference. Thank you for this valuable moment and for the care you bring to your work. I look forward to seeing the positive effects take hold over the coming days.

I went in skeptical because I knew very little about hypnosis. I was pleasantly surprised. Benjamin explained hypnosis clearly; we talked at length and did exercises, and without realizing it, my unconscious mind was already at work. I left thinking we had “only” talked. Yet when I later faced the situation that had brought me to him, I felt no panic or anxiety. I wholeheartedly recommend the experience.

It is amazing how much better I am sleeping. My children even noticed that I was much calmer, even though I had not told them anything.

The mechanisms
Why your mind keeps carrying the load even when you want to stop.
Stress is not just a thought. It develops through the interaction between anticipation, attention habits and physical reactions.
Constant alert
The brain searches for what could go wrong and keeps attention focused on potential problems.
A mind that keeps running
The day keeps running through your mind at night, making it harder to fall asleep or recover.
Losing your own priorities
After constantly responding to emergencies, it becomes hard to distinguish what truly matters from what can wait.
A different way to understand it
When mental exhaustion runs deeper.
This video looks at signs that deserve attention when stress, exhaustion or loss of motivation starts affecting more of your life than usual. It provides information but never replaces advice from a doctor or another qualified healthcare professional.
Five Signs You Should Never Ignore
A video to help distinguish an intense period of stress from something that may require additional care from the right professional.

What hypnosis can help you work on
Respond without automatically going into overdrive.
The goal is not to eliminate every form of stress. Some stress is useful. The work is about regaining flexibility when the response becomes too strong, too frequent or too intrusive.
1
Come down from high alert
Make it easier to settle into a state in which your body and mind no longer behave as though everything is urgent.
2
Step back from racing thoughts
Change the way a thought attracts and holds attention without having to fight it constantly.
3
Reestablish your boundaries
Distinguish more clearly between what belongs to you, what belongs to others and what can genuinely wait.
4
Develop calmer automatic responses
Help familiar situations begin to trigger a more measured and appropriate response.
What happens
What a hypnosis session focused on stress looks like.
A session generally lasts 60 to 90 minutes. It begins with a focused conversation so I can understand what you are experiencing.
1
Understand your pattern
We identify when stress switches on, what keeps it going and what you would like to experience differently.
2
Build a personalized session
The hypnosis work uses your words, reactions and resources. It is not the same script applied to everyone.
3
Notice what changes afterward
Some effects may be immediate, while others may develop gradually over the following days as familiar situations arise.
Locations and online sessions
Choose the simplest way to have your session.
In-person sessions are available in Paris and Saint-Mandé. Online sessions are also available from France or abroad when you have a quiet space, a stable connection and no risk of interruption.
These answers provide a general framework. The session is adapted to your situation and never replaces appropriate medical or mental health care.
Can hypnosis eliminate all of my stress?
The goal is not to remove a natural and sometimes useful response. It is to reduce disproportionate or automatic reactions and give you more choice in everyday situations.
How many sessions should I expect?
Most of the time, one session is enough to work on the main concern. Two or three may sometimes be useful depending on your needs, how long the problem has been going on or how many issues are involved.
Can everyone be hypnotized?
Most people can experience hypnosis because it builds on a natural state of focused attention. The way people enter and experience that state simply varies from one person to another.
Can I do the session online?
Yes. For stress and mental overload, an online session works well when you have a quiet place, a stable connection and no risk of being interrupted.
Will I stay in control during hypnosis?
Yes. You remain present, hear what is happening and can speak or move. Hypnosis is neither sleep nor a loss of will.
Does hypnosis replace medical or psychological care?
No. Hypnosis can support change and well-being, but it does not replace diagnosis, treatment or care from an appropriate health professional. If you are experiencing significant or persistent distress, speak with your doctor or mental health provider.
You can begin before you have tried everything.
Booking a session does not mean your stress has to be severe. It simply means you are choosing not to let it make every decision in your daily life.
